Professional Development
MacDonald Montessori School values the professional development of its educators. It is important to us that our educators are engaged, thinking, and growing through out their journey as educators.
MacDonald Montessori School provides a variety of professional development opportunities for its employees. National and international conferences and workshops, benefits towards continuing education in our field, and multiple full staff meetings throughout the year. The many opportunities offered to our educators gives them the chance to be continuously learning, encourages them to stay interested, and opens our school up to new possibilities, strategies, and knowledge making our school a more professional learning community.
